What is the advantage of POLYGLOT-ONLINE?
First of all in Polyglot-online you have individual teaching, and it is always an advantage in comparison with group teaching. A teacher will pay attention only to you and nobody else. It is very important, isn’t it? In Polyglot-online you will work with native speakers who will teach you the language they use in everyday life discussing idioms and slang. Thirdly, you won’t need to go anywhere and spend time. And the main point, we try to imitate the process of the language learning in the country of the language you study.

Who is the education in POLYGLOT-ONLINE meant for?
The studying is meant for people who has minimum knowledge of the language, but who has no practice in speech, who wants to enlarge their vocabulary, to improve the pronunciation and literacy, to learn to talk faster and to begin thinking in a foreign language.

What way of studying should I choose?
In POLYGLOT-ONLINE there are two ways of studying and both have the advantages:
-      By means of free program Skype. You can download the program from here www.skype.com/download/tell your nick to the tutor and connect with him/her at the appointed time. This program supports the system of chats. This means that if you haven’t understood anything through the voice communication during the lesson, the tutor will be able to send a written message to you immediately on your language. To use this way of studying you will just have to buy earphones and a microphone.
-    By means of an ordinary phone. If you have no opportunity (someone has no Internet at all) of being at the computer at the appointed time, you may take lessons with the help of an ordinary phone. You must tell the tutor your telephone number in advance.

Will the tutor explain to me if I don’t understand anything at a lesson?
In our work we deal with native speakers and we use communicative methods based on the effect of the immersion in the language environment. This means that there won’t be any communication in your native language. The purpose is to imitate the process of a foreign language studying in the country of the language chosen. It is well-known that it’s the fastest way of a foreign language studying.

Why should I pay for lessons if I can search any person through the skype and get free language practice?
There are some undoubtful advantages of paid lessons. Here they are: firstly, you are creator of the schedule of your classes. That allows you to plan the life in compliance with your needs and wishes. Benefit is to rule your life! Secondly, you choose the way your tutor contacts you: through the skype or by the phone. Besides that the tutor could call you at home as well as on mobile phone. Thus you have an advantage of having the lessons everywhere you want and do not depend on your PC. And the third main advantage of paid courses is the quality of training. Everyone who gets in free communication through the internet can’t expect the professional correction of the mistakes, excellent pronunciation and grammar amendment. Personal tutor sees exactly your weak points and working out to get rid of the mistakes of yours. Nowhere else around the web you could get such attention for your knowledge for free. While that free chatting the both persons teach each other the target language but do not pay much attention to the friend's speech, because everyone of them wants to practise the language he is interesting in. Those who had an experience of such way of “teaching” must know that only 7-8 minutes of 15th could be spared for studying in those conversations. To assign the next lesson you have to speak over person’s free time and combine it with yours. This is the way to have an adding headache then good studying. As a result one gets the low-quality training and poor knowledge.Trust your success for experts only!

What should I do to begin studying?
You must fill in a registration form and choose the amount of lessons (1, 5, 10, 20) and the way of studying (www.skype.com/download/ or  by means of an ordinary phone). The manager will contact with you to adjust the schedule.

May I use a mobile phone instead of a stationary one?
Yes, you may. But the cost of a mobile call will be a bit higher depending on the country you live in and communication tariffs. This term may be discussed with your tutor.

May I put off a lesson?
Yes, you may. You must inform your tutor the day before the lesson or connect the manager. You may use this service no more than one time except for a packet of 20 lessons. If you order a packet of 20 lessons, you may put off 3 lessons.

What should I do if the tutor doesn’t ring me up at the appointed time?
If your Skype is on at the appointed time and you are online, the tutor will get through. The tutor will get through during 5 minutes after the appointed time. In case the tutor cannot get through, inform your manager. In this case the lesson will be considered to be missed through our fault. If the manager tries to get through and your nick is busy or if you are offline and you haven’t notified the manager beforehand, the lesson will be considered to be missed through your fault.
If you have chosen an ordinary phone as the way of studying, the tutor will get through. He\she will try to get through during 5 minutes after the appointed time.
In case the tutor cannot get through, inform your manager. In this case the lesson will be considered to be missed through our fault. If your phone is engaged or off at the appointed time and haven’t notified the manager beforehand, the lesson will be considered to be missed through your fault.
